Shipping policy
Shipping:
Every piece is packed by hand and shipped from our warehouse in Washington State.
Free Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping is free on every order, anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States, with no minimum required.
How Long It Takes:
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. From there, standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico:
We ship to all three. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipping:
At the moment, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is on its way. Sign up at the bottom of any page to be notified as soon as we start shipping to your country.
If Your Order Is Delayed:
Most orders arrive right on time. If yours is taking longer than expected, email us at TSINTERNAL@TERRASIRA.COM with your order number, and we'll track it down for you.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged:
Photograph the damage and visit account.terrasira.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the piece or refund you in full, and cover the return as well.
A Note on How We Pack:
Every order ships in recycled, plastic-light packaging, with a maker story card tucked inside. We pack the way we hope you'll unpack: with care.
