Refund policy

Return Eligibility:

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

* Unused

* Unwashed

* In their original condition

* Returned with original packaging and tags

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

* Custom or made-to-order products

* Final sale items

* Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery and include photographs of both the item and its packaging.

If the issue resulted from shipping damage or our error, TerraSira will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or sent incorrectly by TerraSira.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
